BY PURCHASING A TICKET YOU MUST AGREE: *ChopHouse Event Release & Waiver of Liability*

I understand that by purchasing any ticket(s) for any event or showcase organized by ChopHouse (“Event”), I will expose myself and my guests to the normal risks of injury or harm associated with nature, musical events, and social activities in general.In the purchase of this ticket I hereby fully and forever release, discharge, and agree not to sue ChopHouse, or any of its affiliates, employees, representatives, or successors for any and all claims, causes of action, or liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained or incurred by me or my guests arising out of or in any way associated with our attendance at or participation in the Event.I agree that this Event Release and Waiver of Liability shall be construed and interpreted according to the law of the state wherein the Event is conducted, and I agree that the waiver of liability herein shall be construed to the maximum allowed by such law. I understand and agree that this Event Release and Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon my heirs, assigns, and any personal entity acting on my behalf.I have read the above items of the Event Release and Waiver of Liability, understand them, agree to abide by them, and hereby acknowledge that I understand this Event Release and Waiver of Liability.ChopHouse does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the Event.In consideration of my participation in said Event, I, as an individual or representing a group, organization, business, or other entity, hereby release and forever discharge ChopHouse, and its officers, board members, contractors, and employees, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, and demands for, upon, or by reason of any damage, loss, or injury, which may hereafter be sustained by participating in the Event.This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability and the lconsequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or statute providing that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to indemnify ChopHouse and its officers, board members, contractors, and employees, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, and demands for, upon, or by reason of any damage, loss, or injury, which may hereafter be sustained by participating in the Event.It is further understood and agreed that participation in the Event is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by ChopHouse, its officers, board members, contractors, and employees, jointly and severally, for any and all damages and expenses for which ChopHouse, its officers, board members, contractors, and employees may become liable as a result of any alleged act of the event participant.
